The view latest report instance feature assists BI workspace users to show the previously opened and saved documents instead of creating an On Demand report that requires users to wait for queries to run.

You can select "View Latest Instance" on the "Documents" page when adding reports to the BI workspace page without having to run a Crystal report or an On Demand report. The latest instance of the previously opened module or report is displayed for you. You can also see the latest report instance of a Web Intelligence document.
